Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Biryani Bar. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food is prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to ensure profitability
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve food preparation methods and menu prices
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices for food and other supplies
  • Manage events and ensure that all operational procedures are in place
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to work in a physically demanding environment
