At EssilorLuxottica, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager Field Eyecare to join our team. Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Optometrists, Regional Managers, and Optometric Schools to develop and maintain a network of diverse industry contacts.
- Optimize coverage to ensure no stores are without a doctor and no dark days require coverage to serve patient needs.
- Coach and influence Regional Managers and Optometrists to ensure eyecare availability meets patient demand, maintains a high Optometrist Net Promoter Score, and grows exams.
- Accountable for building a database of Optometrist contacts within our CRM system, creating an Optometrist talent pipeline, and assisting with Optometrist career planning.
- Drive patient access and business results by understanding optometry skills, TAB, Digital Suite, and state licensing expertise to hire Optometrists for various locations through different business models.
- Responsible for ensuring all Doctor onboarding activities have been completed in alignment with brand standards.
- Maintain knowledge of state regulatory requirements for optometric practice, stay abreast of any pending rule changes or legislation, and partner with Luxottica Retail's legal and regulatory services department accordingly.
- Ensure all stores/doctors are in compliance with company, HIPAA, PIPEDA, and other privacy policies.
- Keep track of upcoming lease renewals, ensure timely completion and submission of all necessary forms/documents related to changes in lease terms.
- Ensure sublease doctors are aware of MVC plans in their area and encourage participation.
- Mine news and key websites for Optometric intelligence.
- BA/BS in business, healthcare, or related field.
- 8+ years of multi-unit responsibility for physician/optometric practice management, franchising, or similar experience.
- Strong influencing and negotiating skills.
- Strong communicator and listener.
- Problem-solving ability.
- 50%-75% travel.
