**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior System Analyst to join our IT Support team. As a Junior System Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing world-class support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and services.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide proactive and reactive technical support to Assent Compliance Inc. stakeholders.
  • Provision and management of systems accounts, ensuring compliance with our Account Review policy.
  • Monitoring of systems and processes, reporting status and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the development of procedural manuals and train users on requirements for automated systems.
  • Ensure high-quality IT asset management, including the administration of Assent's SaaS tools contracts.
  • Responsible for ensuring technology systems and services procurement processes adherence.
  • Participate in the preparation and execution of ISO quality management audit process within the scope of IT responsibilities.
  • Assist in day-to-day office administration, preparing and keeping departmental records and reports.
  • Work closely with the Assent security team, resolving various security puzzles and issues.
  • Collaborate with System Analysts, filling in for their duties in their absence.
  • Understand and adhere to ethical business practices, maintaining confidentiality and behaving in alignment with Assent's organizational values.

**Requirements**

  • College Diploma/Bachelor's degree in an IT discipline.
  • 2 years of experience in systems analysis, business or solution architecture, business analysis, business process reengineering, and/or process improvement.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a focus on detail-oriented work.
  • Ability to effectively solve problems and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong team player with sound judgment and reasoning skills.
  • Experience with SaaS systems and services, including Atlassian apps, JAMF, Automox, Productiv, and Vendr, is desirable.
