Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Nurse Manager to lead our nursing team in providing high-quality patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and Nurse Practitioner.
  • Monitor patients' health condition and respond to changes in status.
  • Maintain accurate documentation according to EHN Canada and Documentation Practice Standards.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
Requirements:
  • Current registration, in good standing with the College of Registered Nurses.
  • Holds a BScN.
  • BLS & CPR trained.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, practice standards and best practice guidelines as outlined by the College of Nurses.
  • Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience preferred with experience in addictions and mental health.
Salary Range:

$95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.
