Associate Dean, Engagement and Development College of Nursing

The University of Saskatchewan College of Nursing is seeking a visionary leader to fill the inaugural Associate Dean, Engagement and Development position. Reporting directly to the Dean, this Senior Administrator will be responsible for guiding the college's strategic objectives, fostering collaboration among faculty members, and enhancing engagement with various stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, proven ability to drive academic initiatives, and a passion for advancing nursing education. They will oversee the development of innovative programs, foster global partnerships, and promote inclusive practices within the college.

This key role involves:

  • Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing effective strategies to advance the college's goals and objectives.
  • Campus Engagement: Fostering collaborative relationships among faculty members, departments, and other university stakeholders.
  • National and International Partnerships: Building and maintaining partnerships with external organizations to enhance the college's reputation and expand its reach.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of academic administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

A competitive salary, ranging from $120,000 to $150,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience, will be offered to the chosen candidate.
