About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Team Member to join our team at Burger Factory. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the quality and quantity requirements of our menu.
  • Staff Training and Development: Train and develop our kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient ordering and minimize waste.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain optimal kitchen operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
