Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual HR Generalist to join our team at Jonview. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will provide strategic guidance and support to our managers and employees across various regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Guidance and Support: Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on human resources management, including performance management, recruitment, and employee relations.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, for positions in designated regions.
  • HR Systems and Data Management: Maintain and update HR systems, including HRIS, Employee Portal, and employee records.
  • HR Projects and Initiatives: Participate in HR projects, such as data analysis, compliance tracking, and organizational chart maintenance.
  • Education and Experience: University degree in Human Resources Management or related field is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of 3 years' related experience working in a Human Resources capacity is required.
Requirements
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent and good command of English and French (oral and written).
  • Pay Equity and Compliance: Control of the pay equity process and CNESST (Maintenance).
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to provide excellent service to the community and deal courteously and effectively with people at all levels.
  • Technical and Analytical Skills: Strong technical and analytical skills, with good knowledge of MS Office software, Ceridian Dayforce, Intranet, and HRIS.
