Job Description

Key Account Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the business partnership between Toromont CAT and VALE Canada Operations. This will involve providing complete customer service solutions to local mining sites, with the goal of reducing the total cost of mining operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on customer service solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the mining industry
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
