Job Summary

Care24Inc is seeking a skilled Developmental Service Worker to join our team. As a key member of our community support team, you will play a vital role in delivering life-changing services to individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and office support to ensure the smooth operation of our programs.
  • Assess clients' needs and develop personalized plans to address their challenges.
  • Implement life skills workshops and provide guidance to clients to help them achieve their goals.
  • Liaise with other social services agencies and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive support for our clients.
  • Collect and analyze program statistics to inform our evaluation and research efforts.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Participation in a government or community program that supports newcomers and/or refugees.
  • Ability to work with diverse populations, including Indigenous individuals and youth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
