Job Summary

Care24Inc is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Developmental Service Worker to join our team. As a Developmental Service Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to individuals and families in need, helping them to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess client needs and develop personalized support plans
  • Provide life skills training and education to clients
  • Implement substance abuse treatment programs and provide crisis intervention
  • Liaise with other social services agencies and healthcare providers
  • Maintain program statistics and evaluate treatment program effectiveness
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work on site and provide support to clients in person
