Network Security Solutions Sales Professional

As a Network Security Solutions Sales Professional at TD SYNNEX Canada ULC, you will be responsible for forecasting and achieving monthly sales targets for network security solutions. You will process and fulfill orders accurately and on time, meet daily performance standards in calls, orders, sell time, and quotas, and resolve pricing discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve pricing discrepancies.
  • Position network security products to meet customer needs.
  • Manage return authorizations and liaise with vendors on promotions.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and assist with sales initiatives.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and vendors.
  • Manage customer expectations and promote TD SYNNEX as a value-add.
  • Stay informed on competitive landscape and pricing structures.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in network security solutions.
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education in sales/marketing preferred.
  • Strong desire to learn and adapt.
  • Proficient in inventory management and sales forecasting.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a team and occasionally extend working hours.
