Network Security Sales Specialist Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Network Security Sales Specialist to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the network security solutions space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forecast and achieve monthly sales targets for network security solutions.
  • Process and fulfill orders accurately and on time.
  • Meet daily performance standards in calls, orders, sell time, and quotas.
  • Resolve pricing discrepancies.
  • Position network security products to meet customer needs.
  • Manage return authorizations and liaise with vendors on promotions.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and assist with sales initiatives.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and vendors.
  • Manage customer expectations and promote TD SYNNEX as a value-add.
  • Stay informed on competitive landscape and pricing structures.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in network security solutions.
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education in sales/marketing preferred.
  • Strong desire to learn and adapt.
  • Proficient in inventory management and sales forecasting.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a team and occasionally extend working hours.
