Job Title: Technical Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our team at PT PROTECH TELECOM LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services.
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of good or service.
  • Deliver sales presentations and conduct sales transactions.
  • Prepare and administer sales contracts, including estimating costs of installing and maintaining equipment or service.
  • Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit client needs.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment.
  • Troubleshoot problems related to equipment and advertise and/or promote products, sales or services.
  • Provide customer service and supervise activities of other technical sales specialists.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of work.
