About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Chocolate Sales Specialist to join our team at Purdys Chocolatier. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a great customer experience by offering product recommendations and answering questions about our award-winning chocolate products.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by achieving sales goals and promoting our products to customers.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience is an asset, but not required.
