Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Amani Travel Health Clinics.

Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, working collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure excellent patient outcomes. This is a permanent position with a variety of shifts available.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing services to patients, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions to promote patient health and well-being.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Participate in health education and promotion activities to empower patients and their families.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of safety and respect.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the province/territory of work.
  • College/CEGEP diploma in Practical Nursing or equivalent.
  • Will train individuals with relevant experience and education.
  • Valid driver's license.
