Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

Cosmetic World is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials throughout our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and coordinate the movement of goods and materials from suppliers to our warehouses and distribution centers.
  • Oversee the operational logistics of our organization, including inventory management, shipping, and receiving.
  • Plan and organize the operational logistics of our organization, including scheduling and coordinating with suppliers and carriers.
  • Track and complete work orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods and materials.
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Prepare and submit reports on supply chain performance, including metrics on inventory levels, shipping times, and other key indicators.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, shipments, and other supply chain activities.
  • Monitor personnel workloads and locations to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Prepare and maintain progress and other reports to support business decisions.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Assist with maintenance of communications equipment and other technical systems.
  • Keep track of shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in supply chain management or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.
