  • Organize and coordinate the movement of goods and materials within the organization
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including inventory management and tracking
  • Plan and organize the operational logistics of the organization, including scheduling and resource allocation
  • Track and complete work orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, shipping, and other key metrics
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, shipments, and other key data
  • Monitor personnel workloads and locations to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in supply chain or logistics operations
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MS Excel and MS Word proficiency
  • Experience with inventory management software
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles
