Job Title: Director of Service Delivery

PLATO is seeking a highly experienced Director of Service Delivery to lead our regional team and drive the delivery of high-quality software testing services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the delivery of multiple projects and engagements within the region
  • Assess and manage service delivery issues, risks, and changes as they arise
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Leverage existing networks to identify new business opportunities
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take corrective action as needed
  • Provide leadership to People Managers, Service Delivery Managers, and PLATO employees
  • Support the growth of the business and establish a regional presence
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of progressive IT experience with a minimum of 5 years in Quality Assurance
  • 5+ years of supervisory or management experience
  • Experience building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Proven experience growing existing accounts
