About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Delivery Manager to join our team at Teranet. As a key member of our IT organization, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of operational projects and ensuring that industry best practices for IT change management are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure delivery of operational individual and team projects within aggressive delivery times
  • Ensure that all changes to applications and services adhere to industry standards with regards to change management methodologies
  • Collaborate with external service providers to ensure that appropriate skilled resources are in place to meet required service levels
  • Provide occasional off-hours operational and/or technical support
  • Work with the director and architect on related strategic operational and architectural planning and delivery
  • Contribute to and implement IT policies, procedures, and documentation as needed
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of practical experience in IT application development and/or support
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role, leading, managing, supervising, and coaching development teams
  • Formal training in project management or an equivalent combination of project management experience
  • Experience with hiring/managing technical human resources
  • Knowledge of DevOps, Agile, RAD, and Cloud is an asset
