We are a dynamic and innovative company looking for a skilled administrative professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office.

Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including tasks such as reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring that procedures are followed and deadlines are met. You will also be responsible for administering policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests, overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures, resolving conflict situations, and planning and controlling budget and expenditures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they meet the needs of our team.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Resolve conflict situations in a fair and timely manner.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.


Supervision and Work Environment:
  • Supervise 5-10 people to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Work under pressure with tight deadlines to ensure that tasks are completed on time.
  • Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment to ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks.

  • Effective time management and teamwork skills to ensure seamless collaboration with colleagues.


Experience:
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent position with opportunities for growth and development.
  • English language required for communication with colleagues and clients.
  • 35 hours per week with flexible scheduling to accommodate changing needs.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum (based on location and industry standards).
