About the Role

This administrative professional role is an excellent opportunity to support a law firm in its daily operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, maintaining filing systems, and establishing office procedures and routines.

Main Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and other events with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Filing and Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to important documents and records.
  • Office Procedures and Routines: Establish and implement efficient office procedures and routines to streamline tasks and improve productivity.
  • Documentation and Data Entry: Key in correspondence and legal documents, review and proofread documents for accuracy and compliance, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills and Abilities: Ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, accuracy, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, organized, reliability, team player, and ability to multitask.
Work Environment and Benefits

  • Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week.

Salary and Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is between $45,000 and $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
