Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and optimize daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement effective staff scheduling and training programs to enhance team performance.
  • Supervise and mentor staff to ensure high-quality customer service and adherence to company standards.
  • Monitor and control costs, including inventory management and labor costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and provincial/territorial liquor legislation.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
