Join Aviva Canada as a Direct Business Leader

We are seeking a creative, curious, and action-oriented leader to drive the delivery of our Direct strategy and roadmap. As a key member of our team, you will bring your expertise in P&C insurance and collaborate with leaders across Aviva to agree on the Direct strategy and roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement measures to supervise progress against our strategy and drive a performance culture.
  • Run the performance of the Direct business, aligned to the agreed strategy, and ensure risks are appropriately handled.
  • Lead and monitor top and bottom-line performance to ensure we are delivering on our business plans.
Requirements:
  • MBA, CIP, FCIP, or related equivalent work experience.
  • Solid knowledge of insurance products, marketing, and the P&C regulatory environment.
