About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Operations Director to lead our production facility and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, improving efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Strategy
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Operational Excellence
Oversee daily operations, including production, supply chain management, and quality control, to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement.
Team Management
Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure individual and team success.
Performance Metrics and Reporting
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and report progress to senior leadership.
Collaboration and Communication
Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, quality, and customer service, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities for process improvements, implement changes, and measure the impact on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Education and Experience
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a production facility, with a minimum of 3 years as a Plant Manager. Bachelor's degree required; preference for degrees in Engineering and Food Science.
