Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team at Archipelago Foods Distributor Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Team Coordination: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to drive business growth.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
  • Leadership: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate authority, and create optimum working conditions.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budget and inventory to ensure financial stability.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee the operation of the company, including planning budgets and monitoring revenues and expenses.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 5 years or more in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment.
