Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Director to join our team at Downtown Mohali Developments Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate Administrative Services: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our administrative services, ensuring seamless delivery of tasks and projects.
- Financial Management: Collect and record administrative and service fees, assist in preparing annual budgets, and plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
- Staff Management: Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services. Hire, train, and arrange for training of staff as needed.
- Research and Planning: Conduct research to inform business decisions and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services and manage knowledge to ensure effective decision-making.
- Event Management: Manage events and organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations.
- Supervision: Supervise office and volunteer staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
- Work Setting: General office
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Excel, MS Word
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, tight deadlines
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, team player, time management
