We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team at Archipelago Foods Distributor Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, coordinating work, and establishing objectives for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate authority.
  • Plan and control budget and inventory.
  • Oversee the operation of the company.
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5 years or more of experience.
Preferred Skills:
  • MS Office.
  • International trade experience.
  • Operations management expertise.
