Project Coordinator/Project Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator/Project Administrator to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a key member of our IT staffing solutions team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for IT projects, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day operations and support for IT projects, collaborating with team members to understand operational challenges and develop effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain executive-facing dynamic dashboards for project status and exception reporting, ensuring clear and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Manage client expectations through regular updates, meetings, and reports on project progress, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
  • Work closely with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues, update project scope, and ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • University degree in technology or Computer Science.
  • Experience in the fields of technology, business, or project management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Project, Teams, and PowerPoint.
  • Business acumen and ability to analyze complex project data.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Load Runner experience (3-5 years).
  • Performance Testing experience (3-5 years).
