Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator/Project Administrator to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for various IT projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operations and support for IT projects
- Collaborate with team members to understand operational challenges and provide support with tools and templates
- Develop executive-facing dynamic dashboards for project status and exception reporting
- Work closely with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or scope updates or changes
- Manage client expectations through regular updates, meetings, and reports on project progress, ensuring clear and effective communication

Requirements
- University degree in technology or Computer Science
- Experience in the fields of technology, business, or project management
- Interpersonal skills - good team player with the ability to also work independently
- Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Project, Teams, and PowerPoint
- Business acumen

Preferred Qualifications
- Load Runner 3-5 years
- Performance Testing 3-5 years
