Job Description

The Senior Retail Operations Manager possesses a contagious passion for fashion and customer service. You will motivate and develop a winning team that provides a unique and memorable shopping experience to every customer.

  • Recruit, onboard, develop, and coach team members on exemplary customer service, product knowledge, and current trends.
  • Ensure all key financial objectives established are met (sales, closing ratio, dollars per transaction, units per transaction, etc.).
  • Schedule effectively to provide optimal floor coverage.
  • Act as a stylist to build a personalized wardrobe for customers.
  • Maintain a positive work environment where team members are motivated to learn and grow.
  • Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure compliance with standards and guidelines while showcasing attractive merchandise presentations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a store management position.
  • A contagious passion for fashion and customer service.
  • The ability to create a positive work environment where team members are motivated to learn and grow.
  • Recognized leadership skills and a solution-oriented approach.
