Project Coordinator / Administrator

At Next Generation Design Wave, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator / Administrator to join our team. This role will provide administrative support to our senior staff members and contribute to the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with project management and coordination, including preparation of project documents and correspondence.
  • Work closely with the Principal Architect to monitor and update project schedules and reports.
  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Lead preparation of consultant RFPs and project quote packages, and review and analyze price quote comparisons.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a project coordination role in an architectural or urban planning setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work well in teams and advanced abilities in MS Office and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Diploma in Architectural Technology, Art, or related education is preferred.
