Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing sound recruitment and onboarding strategies and programs that promote diversity and equity best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the electrical and automation industry.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop targeted recruitment initiatives.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through various channels and platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date on market intelligence and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide analytical recruitment reports to management to inform business decisions.
  • Assist with employee relations, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and other HR-related tasks.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ADP WorkForceNow.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with additional HR certification an asset.
