Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at AMP AutoBody Panels Ltd. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Sales and Merchandise: Sell merchandise, manage inventory, and maintain a visually appealing store display.
- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Cash Handling: Manage cash, process transactions, and maintain a secure and accurate cash handling system.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that products are rotated regularly.
- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, authorize returns, and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Work Setting: Retail service establishment or retail business.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Outlook.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player.
