Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at HIGHEND CONVENIENCE STORE. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management
- Supervise and train a team of sales staff, including apprentices and design team members.
- Assign tasks and duties to ensure efficient store operations.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Store Operations
- Authorize payments, manage cash, and oversee payroll administration.
- Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels.
- Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing.
- Customer Service and Sales
- Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff to ensure excellent customer service.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor sales volumes and merchandising efforts to drive sales growth.
- Administrative Tasks
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and files.
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or management role.
- Work Environment
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle heavy loads.
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail required.
- Personal Qualities
- Accurate and reliable with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
