Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at HIGHEND CONVENIENCE STORE. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Supervise and train a team of sales staff, including apprentices and design team members.
    • Assign tasks and duties to ensure efficient store operations.
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Store Operations
    • Authorize payments, manage cash, and oversee payroll administration.
    • Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels.
    • Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing.
  • Customer Service and Sales
    • Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff to ensure excellent customer service.
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Monitor sales volumes and merchandising efforts to drive sales growth.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and files.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or management role.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
    • Ability to work under pressure and handle heavy loads.
    • Manual dexterity and attention to detail required.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Accurate and reliable with excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
    • Flexibility and adaptability required.
