About the Role

The Medical Director will be responsible for overseeing clinical procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing leadership to the clinical team. This role involves direct involvement in medical aesthetic treatments, ensuring the medical integrity of spa services, and collaborating with aesthetic injectors to ensure quality and safety in all client interactions and treatments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical supervision and oversight for medical treatments, including injectables (Botox, dermal fillers, PRP), ensuring adherence to medical protocols and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with local, provincial, and federal regulations, including proper record-keeping, informed consent procedures, and adherence to medical guidelines.
Requirements

This position requires a valid and active medical license (MD, DO, NP, ND) with certification in medical aesthetics preferred. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of facial anatomy, dermatology, and the mechanisms of various injectable and aesthetic products, as well as strong knowledge of applicable medical laws and regulations in the cosmetic and aesthetics industry.

Compensation

This is a part-time position, offering an hourly rate of $$60, plus commission on aesthetic injections completed by the Medical Director. Additional benefits include on-site parking.
