Your RoleThis exciting opportunity involves co-leading projects, serving as Study Director for internal studies, and driving project plans forward. You will develop project objectives, participate in timeline discussions, and assist in preparing Project Management documents. Additionally, you will lead test plan drafting and execution, analyze results, and troubleshoot design challenges.
You will be responsible for writing technical reports on feasibility and performance, acting as a reviewer of protocols and reports, participating in risk management activities, translating design outputs into procedures, testing methods, and quality control release criteria, and collaborating with colleagues to complete projects.
As a key contact point between departments and collaborators, you will present data within the company, communicate complex ideas to both non-technical and peer audiences, and train team members, laboratory, and production personnel.
Requirements and Qualifications- A Master's or Bachelor's degree in a life sciences discipline, preferably biochemistry, biotechnology, microbiology, medical technology, biology, chemistry, or a related science.
- Experience in a BSL2 laboratory is an asset, as well as experience with 5S/Lean 6 Sigma.
- Strong analytical and technical writing skills are essential, along with excellent computer skills (MS Office, Access, Excel).
