Retail Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team at GOLF CLUB VARIETY INC. and provide exceptional customer service.
About the RoleThis permanent full-time position offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales staff to duties to ensure seamless store operations;
- Hire and train new employees or arrange for their training;
- Order merchandise in a timely manner to meet customer demand;
- Establish work schedules that meet business needs;
- Sell merchandise effectively to achieve sales targets;
- Prepare detailed reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters;
- Resolve customer complaints and supply chain issues efficiently;
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts;
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail staff;
- Conduct regular performance reviews to promote employee growth;
- A client-focused mindset to deliver excellent customer service;
- Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with colleagues and customers;
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities;
