Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to lead our sales floor team and ensure exceptional customer service. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing daily store operations, supervising sales staff, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Supervise and train sales staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Authorize returns and exchanges, and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve sales goals and implement store initiatives.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
