Job Title: Foundation Forming Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foundation Forming Specialist to join our team at Assured Property Management.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors in fast-paced construction environments. As a Foundation Forming Specialist, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials, erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.

You will also be required to mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt. In addition, you may assist medical examiners, help with framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs, as well as assisting with demolishing buildings and cleaning up debris.

We offer competitive compensation for this role, with an estimated salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, and gloves.
