Senior Learning and Development Consultant

As a Senior Learning and Development Consultant, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional learning experiences that support the growth and development of our leaders and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver comprehensive learning programs that meet the needs of our business and employees
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning gaps and develop targeted solutions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with subject matter experts and vendors to ensure access to high-quality learning content
  • Manage and administer learning programs, including Workday Learning administration
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their career development and growth
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on leadership development and corporate learning
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering successful learning programs that drive business results
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Bilingualism in French and English (for Quebec-based candidates)
