Senior Learning and Development Consultant

As a Senior Learning and Development Consultant, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional learning experiences that support the growth and development of our leaders and employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver comprehensive learning programs that meet the needs of our business and employees
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning gaps and develop targeted solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with subject matter experts and vendors to ensure access to high-quality learning content
- Manage and administer Workday Learning, including program creation, management, and reporting
- Provide technical support and consulting to employees and stakeholders on Workday Learning
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development
- 10+ years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on leadership development and corporate learning
- Education background in Adult Education, Human Resources, or a related discipline
- Technical aptitude in the Microsoft Office Suite and Workday
- Bilingualism in French and English (for candidates located in Quebec)
