Floor Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Floor Sales Associate to join our team at Canadian Tire Store. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Merchandise Management: Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and removing expired or damaged products.
- Sales and Inventory: Meet sales targets by promoting products, handling customer transactions, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail sales experience.
- Work Setting: Department store environment with fast-paced and physically demanding conditions.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy loads, and perform repetitive tasks.
