Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting customers with their purchases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and making recommendations to customers.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and performing other duties as assigned.
  • Purchase Assistance: Assist customers with their purchases by carrying bags, boxes, or parcels to their vehicles and packing orders.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels by counting, weighing, and sorting items, and reporting any discrepancies to management.
  • Stocking and Display: Stock shelves and display areas with merchandise, and ensure that products are properly displayed and facing.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Work Setting: Department store.
  • Physical Demands: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling.
