Floor Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Floor Sales Associate to join our team at Canadian Tire Store.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting customers with their purchases.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and making recommendations to customers.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and performing other tasks as needed.
- Purchase Assistance: Assist customers with their purchases by carrying bags, answering questions, and providing product information.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels by counting, weighing, and sorting products.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Work Setting: Department store.
- Physical Demands: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling.
