Job Title: Floor Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Floor Sales Associate to join our team at Canadian Tire Store.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and tidying up displays
  • Assist customers in finding products and answering questions about merchandise
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store environment
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
