About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Governance Manager to join our team at Ledcor Construction, Inc. as a key member of our Data Governance Committee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Data Governance Strategy

Develop and implement a comprehensive data governance strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and ensures the quality, security, and compliance of our data assets.

Establish Data Governance Framework

Establish a data governance framework that includes policies, procedures, and standards for data management, privacy, security, quality, and compliance.

Collaborate with Stakeholders

Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to develop and maintain data governance policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Ensure Data Security and Compliance

Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry best practices, and collaborate with IS security teams to develop and implement new data governance policies.

Lead Data Governance Committee

Facilitate and influence senior executives in supporting the implementation of a data governance committee, and collaborate with the committee to review and approve data policies.

Requirements
  • Education

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.

Experience

8+ years of experience in data governance, business intelligence, and data analysis, with a proven track record of leading, developing, and implementing data governance frameworks.

Skills

Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in data management tools and technologies.
