About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to drive business growth through data-driven insights and innovation at Lawton Senior Living.

  1. Develop and maintain complex data pipelines to support business decision-making and strategic planning.
  2. Design and implement machine learning models to drive business outcomes and optimize operational efficiency.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions that align with company goals.
  4. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure Lawton Senior Living remains competitive in the market.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
  2. Proven experience in data science and machine learning with a strong track record of delivering business value.
  3. Expertise in SQL and data visualization tools with the ability to design and implement data-driven solutions.
  4. Proficiency in Python and experience with big data pipelines, data lakes, and data warehousing concepts.
  5. Familiarity with data governance and data quality principles to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
