Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Insurance Advisor to join our team at Definity. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries about our products and services
  • Provide first call resolution and strive for excellent customer satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to respond to client issues
  • Continuously gain knowledge about our products and services to provide impeccable service
  • Meet quality assurance requirements, including follow-up calls and survey feedback
  • Ensure timely and efficient handling of customer interactions

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both French and English
  • Recently graduated from a college or university degree program in the last 2 years
  • Valid license from the AMF in personal lines insurance, or successful completion of exams
  • Ability to work shifts during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an inbound call center or retail store
  • Comfortable with technology and web-savvy
  • Proven ability to shift and pivot as the business requires
  • Skilled at de-escalating customer concerns and problem-solving
