About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Insurance Advisor to join our team at Definity. As an Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer customer inquiries about our products and services
  • Work with other departments to respond to client issues quickly and efficiently
  • Continuously gain knowledge about our products and services to provide impeccable service to our customers
  • Meet quality assurance requirements, such as follow-up calls and survey feedback to our customers
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
Requirements
  • Fluently bilingual in French and English
  • Recently graduated from a college or university degree program in the last 2 years
  • Valid license from the AMF in personal lines insurance, or have successfully completed exams
  • Ability to work in an inbound call center and/or retail store environment
  • Comfortable with various forms of technology and web-savvy
  • Proven ability to shift and pivot as the business requires
  • Skilled at de-escalating customer concerns and problem-solving to reach a resolution
